With a clean king room that exceeded expectations, my stay was delightful. The staff's friendly demeanor and the convenient bistro made morning meals easy. However, noise from the highway was a bit disruptive. If you're near City of Hope Hospital, this is a perfect spot to relax and recharge.

We had a wonderful time exploring the Rose Bowl Stadium, and the nearby Huntington Library was a delightful bonus. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and having a pet-friendly policy made our family vacation stress-free with our non-service dog. The location was great for family activities.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. We never had our room serviced over the entire three-night stay. We had to call guest services multiple times to ask for towels and toilet paper, only to be told to collect them from the front desk. Additionally, the pool and jacuzzi were not properly maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt lacking for a family-friendly hotel.

We had an awesome time staying here with friends! We visited the Rose Bowl Stadium and the Huntington Library, both super fun spots. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for exploring. Just a heads up, the hotel was under some renovations, so you might notice that.

I had a fantastic stay in a King Room Sofa Bed for two nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and attractions, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. However, the noise from the highway could be a bit disruptive at night.

i was a bit disappointed with how loud it was from the freeway. but, the staff was super friendly (they even got me breakfast after my flight delay! ), and my room was spotless. i loved having a cozy sofa bed to crash on.
